2022年6月1日から、「技術・人文知識・国際業務」等の就労資格からの永住申請の必要書類に一部変更があります。永住申請の身元保証人の納税証明書・住民票が不要になりました。
これまで永住資格の身元保証をお願いする場合、収入等プライベートな情報を含む納税証明書と住民票が必要だったので心理的なハードルが高かったと思いますが、不要になって頼みやすくなる人が多いのではないでしょうか。就労資格から永住申請の際の必要書類は、前に比べると申請者本人の書類は納税証明書の必要年数等、全体的に増えていましたが、身元保証人については書類は負担が軽減されました。
ただし、日本人の配偶者等、身分資格の方が永住申請する場合、これまで通り住民票と納税証明書が身元保証人についても必要です。
From June 1, 2022, there are some changes in the required documents for permanent residence applications from work visas such as "Engineer/Humanities/International Services". Tax certificates and residence certificates are no longer required for guarantors of permanent residence applications.
Until now, when asking your friend or acquaintance to be a guarantor for permanent residence status, a tax payment certificate and certificate of residence containing private information such as income was required, which was a psychological obstacle for many people. Compared to before, the number of required documents for the applicant himself/herself has increased overall, but for the guarantor, the documents have become less of a burden.
